June 9 in Moscow the
award ceremony was held for winners of the 7-th International Internet-based Beauty Contest
Miss Atom-2010. A bizarre, the 60s-70s Soviet-style party culminated the contest rush. Bright teddy-girl dresses of winners, fantasy hair-dos, popular that-time tunes, gifts and prizes created an inimitable air of the fest. The girls were greeted by top managers of nuclear industry enterprises, the contest sponsoring companies and partners.
“Miss Atom contest is a mighty incentive to creativity. Sometimes it takes years, decades to create a masterpiece, said Ilya Platonov,
Nuclear.Ru’s director general, at the
award ceremony. “Just three months ago we did know these girls at all and now you see startling, nice, charming, splendid ladies. This includes a share of labor of those who helped the girls to prepare for the ceremony. This is exactly the creative potential we are trying to develop.”
“It’s a great honor for us to be capped for our companies, Olga Trefilova, the contest winner, who represented NN AEP said. “We would like to thank our sponsors, Nuclear.Ru; you gave us a festive, a sea of impressions and all-fired atmosphere. We are pleased to work in nuclear, pleased to work with you for a good of the industry development.” The
